Does anybody have any experience of this food? We have been recommended it now by three people who we trust (both breeders we got our dogs from and the lady who runs a local dog training school), but somehow I remain sceptical about the whole thing. Not really sure why. However, I'm happy to be persuaded, particularly as we have a fussy eater in the family.

Also, given we have to mix water with the food, do we have to take extra care to keep the dogs teeth clean?

Hi, Ingredients are:- Brown rice & pearl rice, chicken, green beans, oats, spinach, carrots, chicken oil, seaweed, sunflower oil, chicken liver, oregano, sage, parsley, thyme, green tea, chicory, vitamins, minerals. Protien listed at 21%.
It is made by the brother of John Burns, but a completely seperate company, apparently the two brothers do not get on.
tried it with GSD - no thanks, Xbreed - no thanks, Rott (dustbin) well if there is nothing better on offer.
Can't comment about teeth as it was only a bunch of samples - with the reception it got I didn't bother buying a bigger bag!

Tried my dobes on some free samples...they aren't normally fussy but they wouldn't touch this food...it smelt awful :)

I had a look at it and it seemed very expensive for a rice based food.

Ah, not a great vote of confidence from the dogs then? Is there anybody out there who actually feeds this stuff???

I think the expense is slightly misleading, as you mix the food with water and so use much less of the food than you would a kibble.
