Im so dissapointed, i bought a rogz tag at the weekend, it said it was waterproof, rained this morning and now it is ruined, mud stuck down the sides and number all smudged and unreadable. Bought it fom Pets at Home, do you think i will get a refund with out any problems ?

I would give it a go, if they say its waterproof and its not, its false advertisement and you deserve your money back!! I would be around there straight away demanding my money i dont think they will argue... Good luck :)

Got money back no prob, i just feel sorry for all those other people that have bought them, how can they say its waterproof when its not ?

If everyone does the same as you and takes them back there shouldn't be a problem. :-) The company will soon find out. ;-)
