worth a try Jackie (refresh that is) although when they update for the group results it goes off line so may have been the case then ?

looked at them and thought that looking at class numbers and absentees you couldn't have been there - also you were home quick if you'd been. All OK ? Feet still being senior ?

Oh no not the feet, would have insisted they went with me. More serious I'm afraid, my next door neighbour was taken ill in the night and his wife could not cope with him so we did not get much sleep and I didn't think I was safe to drive. I'm waiting now for her to come back from the hospital to see how he is. Jackie

Had camera with me but was still in the car as I couldn't manage her and the bag I'd have liked to have used. I ended up with just my BIG handbag stuffed with treats, water, brush etc. She is going through a stage of anything new or in the wrong place at home is petrifying !! I got a big sports bag out to use and she wouldn't even go in the same room as it. Stupid really as didn't bat an eyelid at anyone elses bags, cages, pushchairs etc etc. My said sports bag now has pride of place in the middle of the kitchen floor so she gets used to it :D We are up to being able to be about 10 feet from it but the minute I pick it up she scarpers :rolleyes: I put the sun screen things back in the car on Friday night and tested her out again - she sat in the footwell shaking so had to take them out for Saturday and got to work on them too !! It's so funny as she went to the show and met lots of things she hasn't before like marquees, wheel chairs, tannoys and wasn't at all worried and did me proud. She didn't even worry about me lugging the bag of food she won back to the car with her. Funny creatures aren't they at times :D

She was tired too. Slept quietly all evening and night and when Pete got up this morning to let Sam out at 5.30 she wouldn't budge - she usually takes the opportunity to have a wander :)
Back on full form again today and being her usual mischievious self :D

I think Pete who "doesn't want anything to do with showing" is actually quite interested now ;) I rang him after our first class and told him the result and it seems he told the people where he was doing a collection from about it - Proud Daddy act lol

So pleased for Berry that after her past experience she was happy with it all :)

Sorry you didn't get any picks, the bag/sunshades is strange but something I've come across, it seems that it is because it is in her den, house or car. It won't be long before she will go nuts every time you get the bag out because she will know it means she is going showing. I have to do mine whilst my Husband walks the dogs else they wont settle all evening. See you tomorrow or Tues. Ja:)kie

Three pups that I bred last year came 1st, 3rd and 5th. I don't know whether the judge fancied alternating breeds because it went SWD, Bracco, SWD, Bracco etc.

It was lovely to see them altogether for the first time, shame Gollie wasn't there but hopefully she went to the game fair. By the way Terri I tried phoning you on Thursday again I hope you are OK!!

no probs, took loads of Sharon loades winner, Wovaoka. (dont know the pet name)
as well as some of Myatuk winter bear (storm, Jane Brooks' dog)

It was great, although Liza and I realised we dont want to show any dog we get. May take them along to visit the show, but not to show them, and defo not to leave them in the car. Hope the RSPCA castrated the person who left their dogs in their cars. It was so hot Liza and I got slightly sun burned. and we're still tanned fom our hol to the Dominican republic about 6 weeks ago!!!
