This programme is on now on Radio 4 and is about some questionable prosecutions by the charity.

Yes, listened to it. Nice to hear the BBC putting the other side of the RSPCA for a change:)

Unfortunately most of the JP do not listen to File On four... Now had they done this is as a tv program and aired it at peak time I would have had more respect for the BBC.
