I have an one year old shar-pei who up to now fortunatly has no problems. However, he does suffer from ear wax. He has been to the vets who gave me ear drops and cream when they have become sore from scratching and Otoclean to be used once a week to clean them out. the was does rise to the surface of his ears which I can clean, however a lot of wet wax remains inside of his drum and I can hear it "squelching" when I rub it. It seems I am putting wet solution onto wet wax, if that makes sense? Are there any other ear cleaners that I can use which are dry or an alternative to what I am using? Ideally he should have his ears syringed at the vets for a good old thorough clean out, however he has to be sedated as he is aggresive towards the vet and cannot be muzzled. Kind Regards.

Ive looked it up, thanks. although it seems to be for Canker and it stipulates that it should only be put on the inside of the ear, not ear drum?? I need something to soak up the wet squelchy wax inside his ear??
