It should make no difference to the milk. :)

My bitch was spayed during an emergency c-section, her milk was fine and in plenty supply, so it made no difference to her quality of milk.

We have two foster pups here after there Mum had an emergency section and spey.  This is the second one I have been involved in over the last two months due to the uterus rupturing.

It is a gland that stimulates milk production.  First girl reared her own pup quite easily, foster pups are here because Mum was really ill and had to go on a drip etc due to peritonitis (sp) blood poisining.

No reason why your girl shouldn't have plenty of milk for her pups.

Hi,
Make sure she drinks plenty and eats, hold the food up to her if she does not feel to well. I would give the mom welping milk.
Also powder glucose. This will give her energy and help her mucles. Her milk supply will go on, what she eats and drinks.
This is what I give to mine after a c/section.
