I'm trying to dig up some information, and am hoping someone here will remember.

Someone once told me about a story of someone who served on the committee of a dog club. They came off the committee, but for some reason were still receiving emails that were intended for the committee, and not them. They did nothing about it, and were eventually found out. I was told that this person was fined by the Kennel Club, and banned from serving on a committee for 10 years. Does anyone know of this case, and where I could find more information out about it? I've tried searching on the KC disciplinary stuff on their website, but so far have drawn a blank...
