Ditto!!  I've wanted one ever since my twins were born almost 10 years ago and my OH surprised me about a month ago with the offer of paying for a tummy tuck.  I need to lose quite a bit of weight first so it may be a while before I get one but I really need to see my GP etc to see how much weight I should lose before I would be considered ok for surgery.
