Hi newfie owner,

I am thinking of going to Ragley Water trails / fun day on Sat.
Not entered just going for fun day out. As we have never been before and i was wondering if there is a free space to swim / cool down unentered dogs if its very hot?
Weather for this week looks very un-friendly for a newfie so if not, we wont go as a quick dip is sometimes the only way for them to keep cool in the summer and i would hate to get all the way there and find out there is nowhere for them to go in the water.

Hi ,
I have been going for the last few years, but sorry to say but it states on the entry form that there should be no swimming in any part of the lake unless you are competing. (although i have seen people letting their dogs in down the right hand side of the lake.)It is a good day out if your a newf owner, alot of people come and dont swim their dogs,Even though its a newf event you still have to pay to get in ,i think its about £8.00.

Hope this is helpful

Miranda
