I am holding a companion show in September and i went to get the stakes that we always use (living in my mum's shed) and they were gone.  I discovered later that my brother in one of his must get rid of this (don't care what or who's) moment he took them down to the tip along with the gazebo and a few other items.  Glad i checked so early.

I have enquired about ring stakes and they will cost (the cheapest i can find anyway) £77 including VAT & delivery that is for 20.

Does anyone have any stakes i could borrow for the day.  I am willing to collect and return.

We need 18 (9 for each ring) and i live near spalding in lincolnshire.

Or if you have any that are lurking in your storage and don't want please think of me.

I have looked on the various sites as suggested (can't believe i could only find a couple - there are loads of them when you know where to look).  I can get 20 for a price of around £25 including VAT & delivery so that is something that won't dent the pocket and then I'll have them for when i need them.  I will keep them in my own shed (now that i have the room).

Tatty-ead thanks for the offer i did an AA and you are about 2 hours away.  I certainly would have taken you up on the offer had Moonmaiden not put me on to the other sites and thank you to everyone else i knew i could rely on the champdog posters to help me out.
