OK another question, Bella is home and more like her old self, but tonight she was standing in front of me (begging for food - these labs!) and her head started shaking, a little like a "parkinsons type shake" intermittently, could this be that she has done too much (touch of exhaustion maybe)? or what - she's still bright and like her old self - I let her sleep and she was doing it in her sleep too, but not as much, but I am very confused, has anyone seen this before?  I did call the vetinary hosp and they said that if it continues to call my vet tomorrow!  ADVICE PLEASE.......
