I have always given my dog 1 and half tablets but at her last weigh in she was 16 and half kg.  I was told to give 2 tablets this time.  When I got the tablets out it said 10kg on the foil - that means she should be 20kgs to have 2 tabs? So I only gave her the usual 1 and half.  Have I done the correct thing?

Hi, In my opinion yes. I recently dosed mine and gave 2.5 tablets for 25kg.

i think so to as i have one at 77kg 7.5 tabs
one at 65kg 6.5 tabs and pup is 35kg 3.5 tabs.
sometimes the vets dosent know it all.

Thanks both - it wasn't the vet who gave me the tablets but the person at the desk.   I can't imagine what it must be like to have a pup at 35kg!  Never mind the adults.

people say that to me all the time but i am so used to them now that they dont seem that big to me anymore.
Plus they really are gentle giants (just as well eh! )
