Why do you want to breed? Are you planning on showing your dog? Are you planning to have a the necessary tests done on the dog? You only have to see the papers and the rescues to see the hundreds of GSD that are all ready avaliable.
Anyway you are best to contact or join a GSD club they will provide you will the best info I believe.
Good luck in your search. Don't tkae my post wrong just think everything through as GSD have big litters.

Are you planning on using the dog that you already have with this bitch?
Don't want to put you off but you should read some of the problems that people have in the breeding part, it's not easy having a litter of pups.
Good luck in your search.

Good luck finding a good one that doesn't have endorsements on her KC:o I searched for a long time- months- for my GSD bitch and trust me all the decent breeders with KC dogs place endorsements on the prdigree- some will not ever remove them some will lift the endorsements provided you meet certain criteria. The criteria mine has to mee is;
1) Bitch at least two years old.
2) Good Hip Score, general health etc.
3) Either a decent showing history or a breed survey done.
Some breeders I contacted will not lift the endorsements ever unless you are a very good established breeder who knows what they're doing. If you want anymore info- please click on my name it will give my email address:)
