Get some puppy porridge and some puppy milk formula and start your puppy on this.
Then you can move onto scrambled egg made with the puppy formula milk, ccottage cheese, and mashed up puppy food etc:
Puppy should be eating 4 - 5 small meals per day from 3-4 wks old

I started ours off on the puppy food mum was already eating (JWB) ;)   Soaked in warm water and mashed,  this was given as just tastes at first (4 weeks) - about a teasp and then gradually building up to about a tablespoon of dry food soaked 4 times a day at 6 weeks (10k size adult dog)   as the pups got used to the food I added small amounts of raw minced beef, scrambled egg, cooked white fish, yoghurt, cheese etc. on top of their normal puppy food to give them variety.  As there's only the one pup and it's a small breed there's no frantic hurry at this stage as long as pup is gaining and mum is happy feeding ;)
