Please help my cavalier kings charles spaniel keeps sneezing
also he snots watery liquid out of his nose
any ideas what this could be?

Sounds like a upper respiratory tract infection ( possibly viral). A vet job i'm afraid or at least a call to see if there is an outbreak in your area.They will be best able to advise.
