Help! Buffy has very sore and bruised looking teats and undercarriage, one is bleeding a little. The puppies are very rough with her tugging and pulling, she seems to have plenty of milk and they're certainly gaining weight, so I don't think that's a problem. Any good ideas to soothe them?

Hi Jane, Please dont think Im being rude, but have you cut the puppies nails?

Yep - I was just about to say the same re: trimming nails, we trimmed our pups nails every week the same time we weighed them (we used baby's nail clippers)- we also gave our bitch's undercarriage a wash a couple of times a day too.

Sweep ;)

Yes I have cut their nails, do they have teeth yet? Can I use Camilosan like humans?

After cutting nails file the edges as well to get rid of any jagged bits
Yes you can use Kamillosan ointment which good for sore teats but dogs seem to love the taste of it so put it on while she is eating or otherwise distracted :-)
