so do any of your dogs act differently with the start of Spring??? My youngest girl is manic at the moment.....she's a wirling dervish in a morning, and doesn't really settle until midday!! And there's no change in diet or anything else......so I'm assuming she's just got a spring in her step and I enjoy a bit of one-on-one time with her in the garden where her favourite pastime is grabbing the lead and running round with it like a trophy - head held high and expression that I swear is laughing!!!!

bless her, none of the others seem any different, just her.

My dog seems manic as well, he is eating a bit more than usual & just seems to want to play & be outside non-stop. I have begun to blame it on the weather LOl. Spring is definately entering into our pets footsteps. :)

def weather related, when it's raining she's not so bad, but the blue skies seem to switch her on!!

am off all next week so am hoping to get some gardening done, PLEASE no more snow!!!

but then I guess it's grass cutting season....

My dog hates the rain & will stay in his bed if its raining, mind you he doesn't mind it if we are out & it starts to rain, then he runs around in the mud! I am trying to find the best time to garden & get planting my veg. My cats have helped me dig the veg patches but Boston just stood there looking at us as if we were mad LOL. Hope you have a pleasent week of gardening. :)

My spayed female Mini Schnauzer has certainly livened up recently - I think the snow last weekend went to her head  as she loved it - and she will sometimes even chase Leo's ball. Normally she just sits and watches as he races after it.

Leo has not changed - he's as mad as ever!

Well, Ellie's been very naughty in the ring at the last few shows, I can't decide whether she's excited to get out and about after having had puppy time off, or whether she's saying she doesn't want to be at the show - but perhaps it's just spring madness!

oh i just love spring everyone seems to be much happier when the sun is shinning, tess just loves to be out in the garden caught her the other day sitting in the sun with her head up as if saying "oh sunshine at last" it was so funny, i just wished she knew that its not quite warm enough to keep all the doors open as she loves to go in and out at her own lesiure. cant wait to get her swimming pool out!!!!!!!

Copper loves it!  First bit of sunshine and he's out there basking on the lawn - until I get the hose out and its a 200 mph dash in the opposite direction :D
