Hi everyone,
At last i think she's really doing somthing, her temp dropped to 35.6 this morning not took it since,She scratching up her bedding (yes step 1 i hope) and i'm sure she's got a slow leak her bedding keeps getting wet patches but she wont get out for me to have a proper look. she keeps crying if i leave her even for a minute. and she is breathing a bit faster (still not panting) no contractions yet.so i hope she wont be to much longer cos she does look down and feeling sorry.i'll get back to her now .i'll let you know if anything exciting happens.

no puppies yet stacy, but she is staying in her box and refusing to move.she wont eat today although she has had some ice-cream.she's very down and wanting loads of attention (my bums flat and numb from sitting on the floor next to her) .her teats have swollen up she looks like a cow who needs milking.i hope it wont be to long for her sake (and mine)

Come now you don't expect her to deliver during the day do you when she can wait till the middle of the night when you will feel totaly alone and exhausted, have you got the mattress on the floor yet and a flask of coffee and a bottle of something stronger and a good book and a book about welping and a phone and the pc, yes, oh your ready then. Oh every time I saee a new post on here I'm going to think it's you:) I am dying for her to start popping them out:D I agree with Jackie though- it might be a middle of the night thing- good job it's Fri and I'll probably be up late:D She better start having them soon though because I'm off to a show in the morning:)

i'm excited to,just took her out for a wee and her blanket was wet again.I was a bit worried about her being like this since yesterday ( cos she looks at me so sad with those big eyes ) so i rang the vet and she said she should have them tonight, if not take her down to the surgery tommorow and she will check her out for me . Its prob just me being a wimp. well if anything happens i'll let you know

Both..She's really tired now, Trying to get comfy but the bump wont let her,(I can remember how that felt.. just) well im going to have a sleep now just incase (wishfull thinking)and i'll let you know as soon as she starts shelling them like peas(as if )

WELL I WAS GOING TO BED...
But now shes decided to loose somemore water and is going mad licking it upas she is loosing it,
so i think i'll stay up just a tad longer (i'm sur she knew iwas going to bed) .I dont mind really (shes my baby).

She wont let me take her temp keeps moving about,does nt like me poking about.Ive put the whelp box in my bedroom so i dont miss nothing (soft sod are'nt i )

Ive not seen that much water since i had a burst pipe, she's not had a contaction( Not that ive noticed anyway) but she keeps standing up looking into space for a few moments and then carries on kicking her bedding.

Contractions are not always obvious :-) Try laying the flat of your hand on the top of her head....can you feel any slight movement? This can be a contraction :-)

am i panicking over nothing but her waters went at about 11 oclock ,she was licking it up and going mad for a while then we had a bit of panting but that stopped,now she is just lying there looking rather lost and not doing anything should i just wait or do you think i should phone the vet cos ive not had a contraction idont think not one i could see anyway.

kash its ok panic over she's back on her feet again but no further on. ill let you know if anything happens.
