Axa for our lot-
Used to have Gus insured with Argos who were fine but last renewal shot through the roof from about £11 a month to £33!!!!!!!!!
Axa was £14

Is it because of the media frenzy or just insurance in general??

Our cavvies are half the price!!!

It is the 2nd time that they have bumped the price up and for no reason she has only had 1 claim which was over 4 years ago!!

Healthy Pets insurance underwritten by AXA has been very reasonable (around £10 a month) for the last two years for our 6 year old Norwegian Elkhound boy.

type healthy pets insurance into Google and you can get an online quote

Heard good things about going to Axa direct.. I'm currently with More Than for both my two, one at £13 per month, and the other about £14 per month approx.
Just got a pay out from More Than really quickly without quibble.. due for renewal in Sept 08, so will see how much it goes up to!

when looking into insurance just make sure they insure for for 'ongoing illness' eg; diabeties and insure for life, im with petplan £26 a month used it once and had no problems at all (except for excess) but then thats the same with any insurance.

I would just say its because of greediness rather than media frenzy
