Its a shame administrator that you removed my message regarding the reliability of some breeders.  I am an honest person who has been very upset by the ruthlessness of a breeder and wanted to flag it to an organisation who it would seem does not vet its advertisers, otherwise you would not have taken objection.  You couldnt even be bothered to send me an email of explanation.  Shame on you do you not care about people who breed dogs with a history of liver shunt and pass the possibly infected pups on to unsuspecting owners who have to go through the agonies of their pup and themselves?

Far from it. We take ALL complaints extremely seriously. But there are procedures to follow and basically, you have failed to follow them.

It is normal practise for anyone who has a complaint about any breeder listed with us, to make their allegations known to us directly and not via a public forum. As we are not available on the forum 24 hours a day or 7 days a week, common sense would have dictated that you contact us directly rather than to do so via the forum where you post may have been missed. You have made serious allegations and yet, you have failed to contact us directly. Champdogs take all complaints very seriously indeed, but we will not respond to anonymous posts logged on the forum. We will need your full name, full postal address and we will need concrete proof of your allegations. We will not act on hearsay or rumour.

Lastly, the laws of libel apply to the internet and you would be well advised to remember this before making serious allegations on a public forum.
