Can anyone tell me what time the ticket office opens on Thursday? I hope to get there at about 8 ish and don't want to have to sit and wait before I can get in!! I am going to watch the Cavaliers and then shop till I drop!!

Its 8.15 Yvonne. In a bit of a flap myself now as I'm taking my sister with me to help carry all my baggage, but she doesn't have a pass so I can see me trying to lug all my stuff + dog through the NEC all by myself!! Yikes :-( :-( I wonder if they'll let her in same time as me??

Hi Lins

Thanks for that!

Surely they will let two of you in if you have a dog entered? Just smile nicely at the guy on the door! I'd offer to help but they won't let a "mere observer" in through the exhibitors entrance, will they? Even with a ticket!

Oh I hope so!!! I've emailed the KC to ask, I can just see me struggling along with rucksack on my back, cage in one hand, table in the other (which weighs a ton!) and Oscar dangling from a lead lol :-D Oh I can't wait....

Unfortunately each person has to have a ticket and they do check them at the dog entrances so an extra person can't sneak in. Crufts does help out a bit more than other shows as you get one ticket for each dog entered, rather than one ticket per exhibitor. The best option is usually to order an extra ticket in advance (cheaper as well) if you need help to get in early, so you get both tickets at the same time. :)

So if I was to buy an extra ticket, say on ebay, would she be able to use that to come in with me? Or do you think they still make her wait til 8.15? Clutching at straws now!!! The clock is ticking as we leave on wednesday evening!

When you use the exhibitors entrance you will just have to buy a ticket there, so I assume should be able to get in early as a helper.  This is certainly what happened when I went with a Friend and there were more of us than dogs.  Though can't remember if we were there really early.

You should be able to pay at the exhibitors entrances. They usually have a ticket booth there

buy one on line direct from the site. I did this for my husband who is coming with me, i got a confirmation email then an 'e'ticket that i just printed off. It all took a matter of minutes.
