I have spoken to the RSPCA this morning and they have informed me that the conditon of the Chow isn't that good, he's coat is in a terrible state, he's very under weight and has a bad eye (probably a certain condition that this breed suffers from) But the good news is that the RSPCA for once have shown some brains and once he's condition has improved they will be passing him over to the Chow rescue!! So he really will be ok, bless him he deserves it X. Thank you everyone for your comments and ideas on this they were all really appreciated X
