Has anyone used the KC online litter registration option on their web site?
Was it quicker than sending in the form by post?

Yes you have to register on the site first but it is quick easy and painless. You get to know if they accept your choice of names and certificates are sent out usually within the week.
yes, used it twice it was brilliant, from reg to forms arriving it was a total of 5 days, would recommend it every time!
Used it twice with no problems.
Quick, easy and works - all unusual for the KC.
The KC do ask for confirmation from the stud dog owner that the info on the sire is correct.

How are the little pupsters Colin?

I've used it twice as well and it was really quick and easy.
yes it was very fast and easy i have used it a few times, they sent a letter to the stud dogs owner and they just had to phone them and confirm.
Can't fault it either, had everything in 3 days flat. :-)
I used it with no problems. We were even quoted by the KC in the Dog Press about how easy it was to use. (not that special, I know, but it was to us! We were the 10,000th person to register a litter online).
It tells you as you go along if names are unavailable, which is good, btu I did start losing the will to live at one point! :-)

Yep, I've used it a few times now, although the first time
I made a mistake by registering
BOTH litters to the same mum and the documents arrived as mum having two litters a week apart ;)
Everything has been fine since though, I think this was at the beginning when it first started and things have improved since.

Yep me too, I used the online for my litter real easy.

Have used it twice for 2 litters at more or less the same time 2 years ago. Put all the details in and the 2nd litter came back with same sire and DOB as the first litter and took weeks to sort out.
This is my first litter since and am considering using it again but with another breeder helping to input the data.
It is good in that they will ring you if there is a problem and I knew the names were accepted straight away.

Ive used this service twice and I think its great. You know straight off if the names you have chosen are ok and the forms get sent out within a week, usually a few working days.
Much easier than forms/waiting/possible refusal.

How are the little pupsters Colin? there doing very well thanks Jo (Where are all the smilies gone)?
Thanks very much for the info I will try the online route to register the puppies this time, still picking out names at the moment and if I don't get a move on they will be six months before they are registered.

Yes- It was really quick

I've tried it recently and can't get my dog registered. I can't see on the sires registration any restrictions and I've tried it twice now. Will be taking paperwork to Crufts and getting it done there. Mum and I own both dogs so don't know why it's not working.

Yes, it all worked very easily. Only slightly niggle was that they didn't say yes those names are ok online, they just didn't say that they weren't, so I wasn't quite sure what had been accepted until the forms arrived, but I'll know how it works next time. :-)

I sent my papers off in the post over 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a dicky bird. I registered a second litter online 2 nights ago, and received email yesterday telling me it's all done, papers should be with me in 5 days.
