Oban's breeder has given us a detailed chart of what, how much and when he is to be fed.  She says kibble wetted down with an equal amount of water till about 21 weeks old.  He is almost 19 weeks now so maybe a moot point but I am wondering if, now that he is teething, dry wouldn't help him with his teeth?

I would try it dry now, if he likes it carry on, if not then gradually put less water in, but make sure fresh water is always available.
He sounds like a lovely boy. :-)
