Can anyone recommend or tell me what supplements or vitamins would help the body recover after a caesarean?

come on some one must know something ?

Sorry I havnt got a clue as I just used rest and recoup :) And was up and about and doing things I shouldnt less than 4 weeks later!!! And that was after an emergency Ceaser!!
Best advice is sit back, enjoy having someone running after you and enjoy your baby while you do the bare minimum :):) (sorry if this is asking for someone else!!!)
Hopefully someone will be along soon with better advice :)
Lea :)
