Not sure if this is in the right place (feel free to move it!) but it's a query for those people that have bought their Crufts tickets online via the Crufts/KC site.

I have literally just bought mine for working day, two adult tickets and at the very last confirmation page it states as follows (copy-pasted):

You have booked

2 x SATURDAY ADULT @ £13.90 each

for CRUFTS 2008 at NEC, Birmingham in Birmingham on SUNDAY, 09/03/2008 at 08:15

Why does it say I've got Saturday tickets but underneath it says for the Sunday!! I don't want to go to the Sunday show, I want to go to the Saturday! So, I waited for the email confirmation and all it says is:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

You have booked to attend CRUFTS 2008 at NEC, Birmingham, Birmingham on
6th-9th March      

You have ordered the following tickets

Reference XXXXXXXX - 2 SATURDAY ADULT at £ 13.90
Plus a Transaction fee of £  1.50

So there it says Saturday...there's no numbers or email address to respond to so I can find out which day my tickets are actually for!! Think I'll have to wait until they arrive but was just wondering if anyone else has bought off the KC site and experienced the same confusion!

pretty sure my tickets (internet bought) for the thurs, fri and sat all say that to. the event runs till sunso i think thats the main data but it defo says the sat so your fine. maybe see you there!

I've never ordered a ticket beforehand.  I've just landed - never had to queue more than around 5 minutes and then wandered in :)

same thing happened to me with tickets i ordered online for friday and i was freakin out thinkin id ordered them for the wrong day. i wouldn't worry, when i got my email confirmation it said friday and when the tickets came they are for friday

I have a different question for those that have booked tickets online! Just wondering roughly how long they will take to arrive,
as on the site they say may not arrive until a week before the event & if you have not received them 48 hours in advance please contact us. so, how long have you all waited for them to pop through the door please?

I Ordered mine online in jan, they took about three weeks to arrive after ordering them.

I think when it comes to ordering tickets it depends on when the ticket outlet get their allocated lot of ticket/s as to when they send them out but don't quote me on that...When I ordered the BIS tickets they arrived in a couple of days but in the past when I have ordered tickets early on (like quite a while before the actual event) have ended up waiting months before they arrive.  I think the Crufts one's are mainly through SeeTickets which if so, I've never had a problem with them, usually come through quite quickly :)

Thanks everyone! They arrived on Thursday morning and they're Saturday tickets. My OH rang up the KC direct (upon my request) to find out why it said Saturday in one place then Sunday on the other and they confirmed that their system can't deal with a four day event in which you can book for just one day so all confirmations are coming up as Sunday 10th March!
