can anyone point me to a good website for employment law advise? need to find out about legally dismissing someone who is basically not physically up to doing the job.....even though they are happy to do it and want to continue :( Also whats the situation if you simply cant afford to employ someone anylonger?

Here you go, should give you all the information you need :-)

I used that website yesterday, very handy and saved me a lot of hastle. I got a new job and it turned out to be horrendous with what they were expecting. Everyone has said how unfairly I got treated and couldn't believe they can get away with it. I used the site to find out where I stood at leaving .. turns out I could just walk out :D

As for not being able to afford staff .. I think that's when you have to make them redundant, this is quite a good site about that issue.

Forgive me if I'm wrong.
