I am going to be feeding tinned tripe, and mixer.   No room for frozen, and probably the next best thing?   On the tins, 400g, it suggests 3 1/2 tins a day,  this seems quite a lot especially as I want to feed a wholemeal mixer with it.  Can anybody who feeds this suggest how many tins a day for a Lab who weighs about 28-29kg.

I feed my dog with Butchers she gets one 1200g with mixer per day she weighs 28kg and is fully grown adult, depends how old your dog is and how much exercise you do with your dog.If your labby is still a puppy the food has to be spread throughout the day as in two or three meals per day.
