Ok, well I went to pick her up and there were a few complications!
Firstly they sedated her because shes feral, got her out of the cage and even with heavy sedation she went beserk. They had to put her back in the cage and try again after a while (not sure if they anaesthetised her in the cage).
They thought she was pregnant because of her distended belly so they did a full opening of her stomach only to find she wasnt pregnant but had a gut full of food. When I caught her in the trap she did eat the food in there (about 1/2 - 3/4 of a sachet) and I did tell them this but the nurse said because she was so scared it probably slowed her metabolism down. Anyway she says shes never seen anything like this before. (Just my luck to have a weird cat!)
They did the spey and have sewed her up. Normally with strays you can let them out the same day its done (apparently) but because she went through "major surgery" (Nurses words not mine) they wanted me to keep an eye on her for at least 24 hours.
I said I could so she is now infront of the radiator on a blanket which I managed to sneak in. The only thing is because shes feral Im not sure she'll know what a litter tray is.
Oh and it cost me £65.00 for the pleasure!

Apparently it should have cost more because she had the full whack surgery but because Im doing it out of kindness they didnt charge me as much! No take away meals for me this month! (I also took my kitten and she had her 1st injections so all in all it cost me £121! - Ouch!!!)
