Is ok to use on a pregent bitch i would not bath her but her skin is red raw and she keep itching and is greesy

I would use hibiscrub diluted for bathing. 

Why is her skin red raw?   Surely it would be best to get the cause diagnosed by a vet?

Vet has seen her but has said their is nothing thier and took a sample and nothing was found he just said tri gene or try gentle skin shampoos being a groomer i have tryed most but thought of evening primrose as i use it on my clients dogs with itchy skin
