Hey. My mum has wanted a bread maker for years but has never brought one. This year it is going to be her christmas prezzie.

My price range isn't huge but if it is around £60-70 me and my sister will share the cost.
Basically does anyone have one and could they recommend it or another if it is good.

I would like one that stops at the dough stage as well as continueing. Also one where you can add extras such as dried fruit or seeds.

Thanks in advance
Anna

We have a Hinari Homebaker and I think it's pants. :(

I had a hinari equivalent and it was awful!!!
My mum bought one from Lakeland and it is really good. Dad only likes proper bread, as in hand made. NOT Tescos 'hand made' with all the additives. She used to get it from an old fashioned baker but they closed down so she bought the bread maker. About £100 but dad loves the bread :)
Will ask her later when I speak to her which one it is. She has had it 3 years and uses it every day :)

I have a Panasonic and it is fantastic.  Bought it on the recommendation of a friend - also viewed the reviews on Amazon - and I would not be without it now.  It's a bit more expensive than your budget I believe, but well worth it.

Don't know what brand but my Dads wife has the one that makes one large loaf and the two kneading hooks drop down so they don't get baked into the bread, so no unsightly holes in the middle of your loaf.

Thanks for everyone's recommendations. Me and my sister have decided on the Panasonic with a little help from our dad :)

Thanks
