Hi guys was wondering if anyone could help

I need to do a business plan for a spanish business for uni and I was thinking of having the spanish flag as a water mark on all of the pages.  Does anyone know if this is possible to do and if I can get it so its faded into the background and doesnt move ie therfore its in exactley the same place on every page and in i start a new page they will all be the same?

In Microsoft word, click on format from the toolbar, click on backgrounds, then on watermark. You can do this for text or picture. I did one on a pedigree once for someone, it looks good :)
