Does anyone have a number for DBI.  I have my cats insured with them and have misplaced my documents and need to ring for a claim form as my cat has acute renal failure and is really poorly.

If anyone could help I would be very grateful.

Thanks everyone.  The vet had a number and I have just rung them.  Not very happy as I have to pay the first £70 and then 35% of the bill on top of that.  Kizzy is 16 years old and I have never never made a claim.  The bill is going to be quite big as she will have been in the vets for 2 or 3 days.

Sascha has had blood test done to make sure she is ok as well and I have only claimed once for her and she is 16 too

Thought Pet Plan and DBI were both under the umbrella of Cornhill? Does this make a difference? Guess the ans is in the 'small print'

What you have to pay sounds very steep for the cats, but maybe the 'smallprint' takes their ages into account? Wishing you well on their speedy recovery :)
