I have just opened a large tin of Chappie Chicken and rice for Shadys breakfast and forked it into her bowl only to find hard lumps of white and green mould in it. The tin is not dented or damaged so how the heck did it get like that
I am going to phone thier careline when they open as it now worries me whether some of these tins have decaying food in them and Shady is fed this because she has a sensitive stomach

I had a tray of Naturediet exploded in my cupboard and sink my whole house out! The smell was awful and it took rather a long time to find out the source.

This been the second problem I have had with Naturediet this year the first been ( the Rice not cooked properly ) I wrote a letter and complained and got a blog standard I don't believe you response, I then complained again about the exploding food got the same response and I now no long use Naturediet so they lost me as a customer. They really couldn't have cared less!

Make sure you put a complaint in and push them, opening tins of food to discover that it not acceptable and could may your doggy very ill if unoticed although I'm sure most people would.

I can confirm that the naturediet packaging was exploding last year.  A friend of mien who buys from the wholesaler was offered any of the ones in the trays that were still OK.

Tins are a different sort of packaging though.

It's a shame that.I'm sure this happened to loads of people who didnt bother to complain. How are companies supposed to know what's happening, good or bad,if their customers dont inform them?

Pretty sure the wholesaler would have let them know that lots of their trays had exploded/become unsealed.

I had several that were "OFF" from Naturediet too last summer..............I didn't bothered to complain, just vowed never to buy from them again :(

I buy ND via a local distributor;  I showed them the first few packs that had exploded and now they just replace any without even wanting to see the offending packs.  No quibbling and all delivered to my door!  Can't complain at that although it would be nice not to have the hassle in the first place, but it has been a very small percentage of packs that have been duff.

Given the number of people who had the same problem as me I suggest that ND need to sort there act out, totally unacceptable they should not be seLling stock like that. I am so pleased I no longer use it.

I too had some very odd smelling packs....they smelt rotten, shame too as it isn't a cheap food to feed, I hope they get their act together.
