I'm near Bromley too :) There is one in Shortlands. I got the name and number from the Kennel Club but I seem to have mislaid it. If I find it soon I will let you know it.Might be this one  I never went there as it was too far ( I don't drive ) so not sure what it is like. There is another in Wallington but can't find where it is based - the name and no shown online is wrong!

Warlingham dog club is very good and they do a ringcraft on Tues nights, one at 7pm, another at 9pm. The instructor is Jenni Wiggins of Affenpinscher/Bearded Collie fame.

It's at Old Coulsdon in the scouts hut, Stoats Nest Rd, Parsons Pightle. It's just off the A23, not far up from Purley Cross.
