
Agree, from the point of view of getting onto a list you need to ask the breed club secretary, most require that you have attended a seminar and shown interest in the breed if you are already a judge of a different breed or if it is your breed have owned and shown for a specified number of years.
As far as what you can judge in E band it is 5 classes but in most breeds it is 3, however you can judge 3 classes without being on any list if you can persuade the show society to engage you.
Just looked in the little Red book and you can judge 5 classes of band E without being on any list.
