Hi all, i have entered two of my girls at southern counties i have received one pass for one of them and not for the other, so i phoned fossedata who  agree that payment has been made  for her class, the car park and catalogue but t somehow she has been  omitted from the catalogue and has no passes to be sent out has anyone else had this happen to them?

you dont usually get passes for each dog in the same ownership, if you are in a partnership [ albeit with your spouse] some [ but not all ] will send 2 passes but i have never been sent individual passes for each dog.....i think after 3 dogs they send a helper pass

edited to say..........if you have proof of payment of your entries, even if she is not in the catalogue the secretary will have your entry form at the show and if you HAVE entered and paid the secretary can make an over ride and put you in the classes you have entered

I assume the OP means the entry and removal pass with the dogs benching details to get them in and out, and this allows one person in per dog, not a pass for additional humans.  I own a dog in a four way partnership and we never get additional passes for him.

all seems sorted, dawn at fossedata has been very helpful and has added my dog to the catalogue and is sending me a removal order and my catalogue voucher, only minor problem is that my girls will not be benched together, but as it will (hopfully ) be a wearm spring day this will not be a problem

I don't think anyone would make a huge fuss if you found 2 empty benches side by side to stash them, in my breed hardly anyone uses the benching area anyway!
