I have my bulldog pup in a puppy class at skc,
so what kit do i really need, how do i make she she is fully prepared, Her front half is white back half fawn.
Notice you can buy various products but what are best and how do you use them eg chalk now what is that for.
She walks lovely on her show lead andwill stand for a while.

It is for cleaning the white areas.  It should be rubbed into any yellow bits and then brushed out and should take slight stain with it.  Kennel Club rules say that nothing should remain in the coat at time of judging, other than water.

With short coated breeds I have seen people use baby oil to put a shine on the toenails (big dogs).

I imagine with your breed you would want to ensure the folds were all clean and dry and perhaps something like Vaseline rubbed in to prevent chafing???  Baby wipes to wipe up any drool, eye wipes to clan around eyes and generally ensure the dog is clean.

Baby wipes a re a good idea if your pup gets a bit loose from excitement, you don't want skid marks, LOL :D

Oh don't bath just before the show as often the short coated breeds can get a bit dandruffy right afer a bath.

thankyou brainless

baby wipes are used daily at the back end.
as bulldogs are not able to clean there selves . So how close to a show should i bath her then.

Good luck with showing. There is a thread about what people carry in their show bags. Some people must have very, very big bags.LOL.
I personally bath about 4 days before a show. Then carry on grooming once or twice a day until the show.My breed have a thick double coat so it takes time to dry properly. But it does vary from breed to breed. And also personal preferences.
