Can anyone suggest where I might be able to buy these? Can't see me getting to any champ shows except possibly Windsor. Now my girl seems to have stopped chewing collars, I wanted to go back to the posh ones! Ideally I need somewhere with different colours, I'm really fussy and I like my buff Yankee to have a tan one, my blenheim Cavalier to have a darker brown one, and my tricolour Cavalier to have a black one, so they really blend in nicely! :-)

Hi Lucy are you looking for half checks or full collars? If half checks then Colours to suit everyone here but not the cheapest.

I really like Accolade collars. They're very helpful if you have questions about sizing as well.

Sorry, I wanted buckle collars. That Accolade site looks hopeful, thanks! :-)

No worries Lucy I would go with the accolade ones myself then :-D

I'm just trying to justify spending £33 on collars when really only one needs replacing.... :-D Also just a fraction concerned in case the collars are too thin and not sturdy enough for pulling - if they are 6mm across they are a fair bit thinner than mine - I hardly ever actually put the leads on the collars as they normally wear harnesses, but might have to remember to use old collars if OH takes them out in his car as they are crated and therefore don't have the car harnesses then!

I use the 8mm thickness for my Elkhounds (worn 24/7 adn they are strong dogs) and they have had them for years.  I just have the stitching replaced, either free of charge by them or do it myself.
