Its moving to the Devon County showground, and I think its moving to the beginning of August although im not sure.

Dog papers are claiming 4th-6th August as likely.

There is an article in this weeks dog world.
It is moving to Westpoint where Devon County Agricultural show is held.
The site is a mile from the M5 and is on the same road as Crealy Park.
The dates are changing from July 9-12 to August 4-6 between National Gundog & Bournemouth.

Will be held on 4, 5 & 6 August
at Westpoint, Clyst St. Mary, Exeter ED5 1DJ.
(subject to Kennel Club approval)

Is that a weekend or midweek?  Have never been to that shwo as we don't have classes.

I have never been either still can't decide.  It is 500 miles ( 1000 round trip) for me.

Many moons ago when we were wallowing in the darkness of AV BSD :rolleyes: we went a few times because in *status diabolicus* we had AV BSD CCs(starting to look like I'm writing in code here :D )

It's a heck of a trip for us northern dwellers so we used to camp in a beautiful site near there for a week or so and make a holiday out of it then travel from there up to NW&PB - guess that wouldn't help you or Brainless for tickets either though :D

Don't go now anyway - only the black 'uns have tickets there ;)

It's a mere snip of just over 500 miles for me (round trip) & I live in the south!  Went on the wrong day to Paignton a few years back, don't think I'll make that mistake again  

Paington is  a great show i love it,  might be cos the caravans stored so near to the venue.  Venue  IMO  is far more suitable , access is far better and its nearer to the Exeter service junction

It's only about 20 miles for me - but I can't say that about show venues very often, living here in deepest Devon :)

Im in the south, the first couple of years we made a holiday of it, camped at a nearby campsite, had fab weather and came back with 1st prize cards both times :D  Glad I didnt camp last year though, what a wash out, we travelled there and back instead - bit of trek and didnt come back with anything :(
