I am so so nervous, i have not been in the show ring for a while since my boy Mika retired about 2 years ago.
But tomorrow we are off the the the breed club Christmas Open show, with our on bred 8mth old boy, we have been practicing at ringcraft classes and at home, but I am still so nervous, he is bit of a randy fellow and is mounting everything that moves and breaths!! I just hope he and of course I behave ourselves I am going to take a flask of strong coffee to calm my nerves !!! :D

Good luck and enjoy :) :) :)  I know it's a bit daunting if we've been out of circulation for a while but remember you wont be the only one feeling nervous and it's all about having a fun day out with like minded folks after all!

On a different note, re your youngster's "mounting everything that moves and breaths!!" - you'd best be prepared to keep a close eye on him and ensure he avoids being able to do it as I'm sure you wouldn't want an older and less tolerant dog or bitch to give him a severe telling off and perhaps spoil his show experience not just tomorrow but for future events too :)

I am off to try and get some sleep, early start in the morning, the bate is all ready, the car is all prepped, my boy is wondering why his mum keeps brushing him and checking his teeth!! :) :D

My boy behaved really well, and so did I!! :D :D
The weather was terrible, raining really heavy, but this did not put us off at all!
My boy came Second in MPD, and Reserve in Special Members Puppy Award!! :D :D
He was very very good, still need a little more practice but hey we all start off somewhere!
I am so proud of my boy xx
