I doubt an individual one would be of use as there are just so many variables.

Things to be considered are, who pays for the dogs keep and entry fees.  Who gets any stud fees, and or puppy sales.  How long is the partnership, will you be going halves for the whole of the dogs life.  what happens if one party wants to part with the dog?  How much will the buy out be, the original puppy price, current market value (which can be practically zero, or quite a bit more depending on various things).
