Went to one of the shows run by "the other show group" today.  Mum's Pomeranian got BOB and won the toy group.  My Anton won his class and then best AVNSC and then came second in the gundog group behind a really nice Visla that eventually won reserve best in show.  The judge said that if Anton had moved just slightly quicker that he would have won as he moves wonderfully.  The judge last week also stated on how excelled on movement and why he won Best AVNSC. 

So pleased for my mum and she needs some enjoyment at the moment  This is the Pom that was really hard work a couple of years ago and that really is a good example although still a handful.  It looks as though we are finally getting there with her, or should I say my mum is :d

no nursey it's not :d  Quite a few well known judges go to it and some really nice dogs attend to.  Unfortunately the numbers aren't very good so don't think it's going to work out, but it's a nice atmosphere and at least the Spanish can go in the group that they'll be in in January so it gets them noticed more by others.

I'm thinking that it's not KC registerd?  (Well otherwise spanish water dogs can't compete?) But I'm also confused over who the other group are....

We are in the gundog group and no it's not a KC registered show.  Great to get the Spanish out and about though and for well known judges to notice them a bit more.
