How many of you have had genuine online entry problems?  Did you manage to resolve?

Thankfully no, but don't use it very often as I begrudge the admin fee as a second class stamp is cheaper..

I've never had any problems with online entries and I always use them where possible.  Mind you I tens to do the entries a few days after the postal entries close  for champ show or a few days before it shuts for open shows.  I've only left it late once  (after sitting in bed reading the dog paper at 1130 and realising the entries shut at midnight! ) but had no problems

I have had a problem since they changed their website - my card i no longer accepted I have spoken to the bank and everything is correct so it is something on the website that is not working. I have contacted them and they will enter for me next time I enter a show so that they can see where it goes wrong. My OH's card works fine ;-D
Does anybody else have problem with Maestro cards???

Nope, not that I'm aware of anyway!  I'm worried now, how did you know that yours wasnt accepted.?

It would not go through at all just said that the issue number was wrong even though I have confirmed this with my bank. You would know if it had not worked

There are new rules now that require online retailers to authenticate Maestro card payments using Mastercard Securecode. Some websites won't be able to accept maestro cards if they don't have this in place. It's just come into force and the information about it all is a bit vague.

If it's just the issue number then try a zero before it, eg 01 rather than 1.

I had to fill in a secure thing for my bank when they upgraded the show entry website????

Sounds like they could have a problem with securecode then. I have heard some retailers have been having loads of problems with failed transactions since this has been introduced.

My Friends have problems trying to book airline tickets with ryan air when using Maestro.

only problem i had was i decided to  enter my puppy as an after thought  but it would nt let me in kept saying i,d already entered that show Which i knew i was desperate as enteries  closed that night If it hadnt been for help off a couple of people on champdogs telling me to open new account and put pup on that way i would,nt have been able to get pup entered seems once you,ve put your entry in online THATS it you cant add to it DONT know why
