Hi,
I wonder if anyone has had a similar problem to mine. One of my girl's will stand fine in the ring and let the judge go over her no bother. She moves away quite the thing but slows down on the way back and stops about 10 feet away from the judge. It makes no difference what sex the judge is. I felt like putting her on a pair of roller skates yesterday at Border Union. She is 5 years old now and started this, intermittently, when she was about 3.

Any input would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

I'd love an answer to that one for a friend whose male does this.  It is almost as if they know the drill and having already said hello to the judge once don't see why they need to go up to them again.

I have the same problem with my Briard she started doing from about 4 years old and she is now coming up to 8 and still does and the  other thing is that she will move round the ring at her pace which is slow and will only go round the ring twice she hates it if she has to go again and just gets slower.
  oh well thats why we love them so much lol
