There was a pic of BIS bulldog but not the BP. Although i do know the dog as he goes to my ringcraft class. Not much help to you though!!;-)  A pic of RBPIS as he fainted witht he heat and had to be revived before winning his class and then going on to be RBPIS. He also goes to my ringcraft ;-)  :D In fact our class had a good show!! :D

Sorry but if it was that hot why on earth would you take a dog into that situation :confused: The dog fainted

I question the ethics of some people  Do you think this is acceptable as I find it quite disturbing  How far do people go

Yep, we have the Camborne Redruth one here. Stithians is about 3 miles from us, so a 'local' one.

As for the fainting dog, well i didn't see the incident and it was a really hot day. I do know the owners though and know that they love their dogs and wouldn't have acted in a detrimental way. As he was a pup, standing in the ring for a short period was having an effect that other dogs (including pups) weren't experiencing. He was attended to immediatly and revived quickly and it didn't affect him at all afterwards. I saw him 2 days later and he was bouncing around in his usual way.

The show was well attended (the secretary said it was the biggest 1 day open show in the country based on entries) and no other dog had a problem with the heat. I think that the pup got too excited and this in combination with the temperature had the effect.
