Can't comment on Arden Grange as I have never used it, but I did feed Autarky and all my dogs did very well on it.

Arden Grange every time. I've tried both, but AG suits all 5 of my dogs ( BSD's, GSD's and SBT).

Arden Grange, the only food to suit Curtis's digestion and put weight on him too. Salmon & Rice I think is the best.

Protien in Autarky puppy is 28%. Sorry dont know about Iams, but somewill will let you know

I dont know the ingredients for either :o A good start would be which one contains a 'specified' meat as the first and preferably second ingredient?
