Topic Dog Boards / Feeding / How Many Meals?

I have a mastiff puppy (he will be 12 weeks old on sat) and i was wondering if anyone had any advise on when i should cut down his meals. He currently gets 4 meals a day and is on a raw food diet. Any advise would be a great help. Thank you. :-)

Not sure but I think I stopped mine around this time, cut them down to three and then when they are six months down to two. They are  a large breed as is yours, (leonbergers), But cutting out a meal means I just add that amount between the other three then two, if you see what I mean, so that they still get the same amount. I would get advice from your breeder as giant breeds may need to stay on 4 meals for longer than other breeds. Normally though, at 12 weeks most breeds can go down to 3 meals, but you will be feeding more not less.
