Feed her what suits her; don't remember the last pet food shop assistant I met who had any sort of qualification in pet nutrition.......................

If the breeder did not advise you I would suggest Burns dry or Naturediet as probably two of the best products around.

thank you , is it ok for me to give this dog red meat to eat , and fresh milk instead of water

Dogs do not need milk and in fact milk is a food not a drink; it can also cause diarrhoea; I would advise against giving your dog milk; most dogs cannot digest the milk sugar (lactose).

I would get your dog onto a complete diet first and eating well and having solid motions before adding anything extra that way you will settle her digestion.

Meat can be added but I would wait awhile for the moment until you have her sorted out.

Stick to one food for all her meals and fresh water

Hi Calo, as Tohme says, Burns or naturediet are two of the best products, Autarky is also very good, I changed to it when my pups were around 14 weeks.  Just find the one he likes and stick to it (no chopping and changing) that could excacerbate the problem.

Just a few thoughts.

Firstly a ten week old labrador pup should be on a least twice the amount of food you are feeding him, up 220 grams per day.

Also at ten weeks old, the pup should ideally still be on four feeds per day or at the very least 3 feeds. A puppy should not go down to 2 feeds until around 6 to 8 months old. Is there a reason why he is only on 2 feeds per day?

And, I have never known a Labrador to refuse food, unless they are feeling unwell.

Has the puppy been vaccinated yet, if so this may be upsetting him a little.

I would tend to err on the side of caution and see a vet, since you say his toilet is VERY runny. I know it sounds gross but I watch for different types of runny. It helps to let me know if there is something upsetting my pups.

Has the breeder given you a diet sheet?

I had the same problem with my puppy lab and loose runny poo.  After experimenting with different foods I found giving him the following easy and it solved his problem completely.  he is now 6 months and has no problems.  Please note treats are not bought from pet shops and given as I think the colouring and additives cause most the problem.
My 6mth Lab gets.
Breakfast-  Raw mince (either tripe, chicken ,rabbit, Fish, beef etc etc) with a little limestone flower, garlic and keepers mix
Lunch    -   As Breakfast

Dinner   - Wholemeal mixer with a range of cooked veg, limestone flour, garlic and keepers mix.
Twice a week i add a little Safflower oil.
Treats he has mini cooked sausages or a carrot or i make up some liver biscuits myself.
