My year old Shih Tzu give me a shock last night by humping my arms!!! Now although this is the first time, i've heard and read stories of Dogs Having their way with Legs...Furnitures...Toys.....and at a alarming frequency.......How do i stop such behaviour or at least reduce such behaviour before it goes out of hand....

I am glad my puppy has now grown up!! but at the time sad he is no longer a puppy no more...the trials and tribulations of parenthood........

With luck it is a teenage phase, and will pass. As with any other unwanted behaviour you will have to try and stop it if it bothers you. I allow my dogs to hump anything but people, but we all have our own rules.
